Pike Station Seattle, WA

This new development in Seattle’s Madrona neighborhood houses seven live-work lofts with workshop and storefront space on the ground floor and two stories of living space above. The structure consists of concrete walls on the ground floor, an elevated concrete slab, and wood framing on upper floors.

The project is intended to meet the standards of Cascadia Green Building Council’s Living Building Challenge and features a number of sustainable design elements, including rooftop planting beds, permeable paving, passive ventilation, and rainwater and greywater collection systems.
