Office Related:

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Maintain office phone directory and phone equipment services
  • Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of offices
  • Organize and schedule meetings including maintaining the cleanliness of the conference room.
  • Maintain and update office contacts in Outlook
  • Schedule and maintain office calendars
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail (envelopes, packages, etc.)
  • Order office supplies and manage inventory levels
  • Plan staff lunches to include meal planning and activity/presentation scheduling
  • Coordinate repair work
  • Event and meeting planning
  • Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to request for issues
  • Updating manuals and records
  • Maintain inventory records
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of offices
  • Maintain office documents (benefits and master documents) on Office/Admin drive

Bookkeeping Related:

  • Administer credit card purchases; receive, code and scan receipts
  • Assist in file management
  • Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems using keyboards, or scanners

Marketing Related:

  • Assist with company marketing efforts as directed by management


Excellent customer service Professional demeanor
Detail-oriented/excellent grammar and spelling
Receptionist/Administrative experience
Type 60+ WPM with accuracy
Computer literacy with MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel
Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with all levels of clients and staff
Excellent written and oral communication skills


High school diploma required, Associates degree or vocational training preferred
