Great news today! A part of Seattle’s high-tech community in South Lake Union, Arbor Blocks just received the NAIOP Washington top honor for Office Development of the Year! The photo below, published by NAIOP, shows the two-building community that is home to Facebook. Lund Opsahl was the structural engineer for Arbor Blocks West, left building in this photo. We just returned from the National DBIA conference in Las Vegas, thrilled to receive the DBIA National Award – Excellence in Aviation for the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport’s Concourse D Annex! Congratulations to all our Team members, including the Port of Seattle, design-build contractor The Walsh Group, architect HOK, and structural engineer Lund Opsahl!
