Fern Lodge Behavioral Wellness

This two-phase, 32-bed behavioral health facility is the first dedicated establishment of its kind in Snohomish County. Phase One is complete and includes a 16-bed facility, 60 parking stalls, and site work for full development. The project is based on the same prototype design used for WA DSHS’s Maple Lane and Clark County facilities.

Set on a former horse farm, the site features significant wetlands. The buildings were carefully sited to protect these natural features, establishing a robust wetland buffer while providing connected views for patients.
