EvergreenHealth Medical Center PCU Build-Out

Structural engineering design and construction support of the Progressive Care Unit (PCU), spanning the fourth and fifth floor at EvergreenHealth Medical Center. Features included an innovative design for ICU door functionality to improve patient care, HVAC accommodations, exterior louver framing, and manlift requirements. A proprietary modular wall unit addresses a need to quickly remove or modify according to changing hospital needs. Units are customized, and elements such as power, utilities, and medical gas are installed within the hospital-grade walls.
