Littlefield Apartment Annex

Located on the quiet side of Capitol Hill, the Littlefield Apartment Annex will add 44 new studio and 1-bedroom apartments to this ever-growing neighborhood. Built as an addition to the historical Littlefield building next door, this new construction will allow residents of the historical side to enjoy views of the Cascades on the new roof deck and residents on the new construction side to enjoy the laid-back atmosphere of Miller Park. Lund Opsahl’s design includes a deep foundation to maintain the structural integrity of the existing building’s basement and ensure the longevity of both structures.
