The CresentPoint/Polo II Apartments community in unincorporated Olympia is a 74,000sf new multi-family residential garden style complex. The project consists of four multi-story wood framed buildings with 62 total units with balconies in a lush western Washington wooded setting. The development opens for occupancy in Spring 2021.
