Port of Everett Wine Walk Building A6 & A12

Two new wood-framed buildings are set to bring fresh energy to the Everett waterfront with hospitality, dining, brewery, and health and wellness tenants. Building A6, a 6,500 SF single-story structure, is designed with generous covered outdoor areas, while Building A12 rises two stories and spans 15,000 square feet, offering rooftop decks and outdoor gathering spaces with sweeping views of the marina. Together, the buildings introduce tasting suites with patios and rooftop terraces that create a seamless indoor-outdoor connection.

Set within a lively mix of retail, housing, offices, and recreation, these additions to the waterfront embrace expansive patios, elevated deck options, and panoramic vistas of the Port of Everett Marina and Port Gardner Bay, bringing new vibrancy to the shoreline.
