Orenda at Othello Square

Built to increase availability of workforce housing in South Seattle, the Orenda at Othello Square features 176 new apartments directly located on Sound Transit’s Othello Light Rail Station. In addition, the building includes a clinic operated by Seattle Children’s Hospital to support the growing community.
