We’re happy to announce that design staff member Madeline Phillips has passed her exams and is now officially a Certified Passive House Designer!

Madeline joined Lund Opsahl in 2023 and has been an integral member of our team ever since. As co-chair of LORECS, Lund Opsahl’s sustainability committee, she has played a key role in developing our Sustainability Nutrition Label, an embodied carbon tool we use to inform our designs.

We’re incredibly proud to see her professional growth over the past few years as she continues to develop her career. Madeline has also been instrumental in the design of the King County Metro South Annex Base. Congratulations, Madeline!
