Currently under construction, the original performing arts center is being expanded by 5,000 SF, adding dressing rooms, studio and performance space, offices, and an expansive entry lobby. The unique roof form combines ridge and butterfly systems that seamlessly integrate into the existing roof form. Exposed structure including glulam beam and columns are detailed to meet LMN’s vision of a window wall that floods that lobby with natural light, integrating it with the environment of Bainbridge Island. The new PAC is scheduled to open in Fall 2023.
