Work at King County Parks Central Maintenance Facility is underway! Engineers Casey Moore and Mauricio Ayala-Cruz were on site to view the construction of the administrative building. The shop building has yet to be erected but should be moving along over the next few months.

The King County Parks Central Maintenance Facility will provide administrative offices, shop space, and storage buildings which aid in their mission to preserve and expand public land use. Located in Renton, the site includes five structures totaling 50,250 square feet to support specific programs including grounds, trail, and turf management, with additional spaces for metal, paint, plumbing, electrical and irrigation shops.
