Our Just 3.0 Label marks the next step in our ongoing commitment to transparency, equity, and accountability.

Created by the International Living Future Institute, the JUST Program is a voluntary disclosure tool that helps organizations assess and share their policies and practices across key social justice and equity categories. We’re honored to be one of only 11 organizations worldwide to receive a Just 3.0 Label to date, which incorporates a stronger emphasis on advocacy and systemic change, particularly within the building industry.

The Just application process asked us to pause, reflect, and measure our policies and practices with honesty. JUST gives us a framework to do that analysis and offers perspective we couldn’t have gained internally alone.

Our label establishes a baseline, reflecting both where we are today and where we want to go. It helps us see more clearly how we can align our workplace practices with our values, both in the short term and over time.
