Recently we’ve been working with The Baseball Club of Seattle, SHKS Architects, and Andersen Construction on the renovation of the 1201 1^st Ave S building – coincidentally, the building that houses our office. An adaptive reuse that will preserve the historic character of the building’s origins as a warehouse at the turn of the 20^th century, the renovation will feature a full seismic structural upgrade and divisible gathering spaces with modern functionality that will renew the space for the next chapter of the building’s story.
