The King County Parks Central Maintenance Facility project is moving along! Engineer Casey Moore was on site to view the construction of the administrative and shop building. Casey met with the project team to answer questions and review the progress made in construction.

The King County Parks Central Maintenance Facility will provide administrative offices, shop space, and storage buildings which aid in their mission to preserve and expand public land use. Located in Renton, the site includes five structures totaling 50,250 SF to support specific programs including grounds, trail, and turf management, with additional spaces for metal, paint, plumbing, electrical and irrigation shops.
