We’re welcoming Gaelyn Krauser, PE, SE, Associate, to our team! She joins us with 13 years of experience, ranging from projects large and small. She has a strong background in concrete design and post-tensioned slab design, and she loves how dynamic the structural engineering field is, with each project having a unique set of challenges and opportunities to tackle.

The motto “Learn by Doing” (adopted from her alma mater Cal Poly) inspires her to approach every project with curiosity and a willingness to learn. She also enjoys leading teams and participating in office management, which inspired her to go back to school and complete a Masters in Organizational Leadership from the University of Colorado Boulder last year.

She has three vizslas who regularly compete in dog sports- the oldest has even been on ESPN!
